Has it seriously been since January since I posted a blog? Wow, time flies.
Our days have been filled with Baseball/Softball games every evening. Kenny and I both love to watch the kiddos play. Not only have we been going to Dalton's games but, Mallorys, Landons, and Wyatts. Needless to say we are at the ball park every night. But, we wouldn't have it any other way.
I have a confession to make........we officially starting trying for another baby in October/November. I never thought it would take this long since we were actually "trying". I swear if we weren't planning it, it would have happened 6 months ago! Can you feel my frustration? I went back to see Mr. Obgyn last week since my period was irregular the month before and he decided to do tons of blood work to check hormone levels, blood count, and even check to make sure I'm not menopausal already..are you freakin serious?!?! I'm 30! All is well there, test results are normal but I'm scheduled for u/s on July 6. I continue to pray everyday that I've not waited too long and god will bless us with another child soon, please do the same.
I promise to keep everyone updated on our journey to baby #2.

In Memory Of My Daddy.
I have decided to join the Relay For Life this year. Jess and I discussed a few months back about doing the Alzheimers Walk but did not allow ourselves enough time to prepare for it. I instantly started checking into The American Cancer Society because this is more personal to myself and my family. My father passed away at the young age of 41 on April 17, 2000 from lung cancer. I can't tell you how much I miss him, and it gets harder every year. I didn't realize until after Dalton was born how he would never be here to see his grandchildren. I know that he would have a blast with Dalton. I see alot of dad in him. My grandma reminds me often of how Dad would just love him to pieces.
If anyone is interested in joining it's April 25th at Arena Park. This is my first year so I am still learning (with the help of Ashley, shes been great), but we would love for you to join our team.

Do Not Disturb!
It's been awhile again since I last blogged...It's kinda tough for me to find something to blog about often. I seem to think my life overall is pretty darn boring. But, I can't tell you how excited I am that all my favorite shows are back. I'm a sucker for The Bachelor. Kenny's grandma got me watching this show several years ago, and I'm hooked! Not to mention Mr. Jason Mesnick is super easy on the eyes...shew he's a hottie! Also, last week I started watching The Biggest Loser, little did I know this would conflict with American Idol this week. Thank God for DVR. I'm an official Reality TV Junkie! I guess this is what not having a life brings you to. It's pathetic.
On another note, the update on the hubbys back. He went back to the doctor before Christmas and once again the doctor told him to lose some weight and come back in two months. I'm beyond frustrated. The only advantage is he couldn't work right now without having to move to Iowa, I will continue to make the best out of this situation even though he's driving me insane.
I'm also super excited for Jessica and Terry they are expecting their first child together this fall, and since Dalton found this out he's been back at it begging for a little brother or sister. He's been begging for about two years, the past year or so he's went well over our head and added that into his night time prayer. I think it's safe to say it's in gods hands at this point.
Hope everyone has a good week!

Time To Get Back To The Swing Of Things.
Shew! The Holidays just came and went too fast. Our Christmas at the LeDure household went very well. Dalton recieved every single item on his list from Santa this year, with the exception that the elves didn't get finished with the Polar Express Train in time so it came a day late. I recieved of course my UGG Boots that I purchased for myself, and a gift certificate for a massage...Oh! How I can't wait to use this! I think i'll make my appointment this week :)
My mom and my sister both made it for Christmas and I just adored the time I got to spend with both of them. It was a rather short visit with mom, she was only here for a week. However, it was great to have her here for the holidays. We visited my Aunt and Uncles house while she was here and my Aunt had this amazing recipe. You HAVE to try it.
The Beef and Cheese Ball recipe
3 pkgs cream cheese {you can use 1/3 less fat}
1 jar of dried beef {chopped}
1 can of mushrooms {chopped}
1 can of chopped black olives
3 green onions {chopped}
3 Tbsp. Accent
Mix well – serve with crackers.
Mix one night ahead for flavor to set.
Hope everyone has a great week!

I'm In Trouble.
As mentioned in my previous blog Kenny asked what I wanted for Christmas and I told him UGG Boots. The past several days he's been hinting around and asking questions. Last nite it was "Where can I find these U.G.G. Boots you are wanting?" I told him Journeys and was getting on Journeys online to show him exactly which ones I wanted. These things cost $200! I thought there is no way he's going to buy me a pair of shoes that cost $200, so I immediately start checking on Ebay. As luck would have it I found this pair and nobody had bid on them with only 2 hours left on the auction. I HAD to bid, starting bid was $59.95. I won them! Brand New In The Box! Hope it's not too good to be true.

Yes! I'm in trouble with the husband. He didn't take too lightly to the fact that I just purchased the one thing I asked for him to get me for Christmas. So these two boots are second in line. The brown ones are Ariat Babyfat boots and I love them! I own two pair of Ariat Boots and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I texted him this morning and asked for a pair of these.

Almost Wordless Wednesday.
This picture does not go without explanation. This is Dalton a few months back. We had spent all weekend at our cabin in Marquand aka Hillbilly Estates and on the way home we decided to stop at a small diner in Marble Hill...nuff said. Can you believe they sold these teeth in a quarter machine at the diner?? He was just trying to fit in.

A New Perspective Today!
Yesterday as I blogged I was whining about not really being in the Christmas spirit yet...and maybe after I started shopping again I would come around. Well! It hit me in the worst way this morning. On my way to work I'm listening to 96.5 and another lady had called in who just like me is just not really in the Christmas spirit yet, but after hearing the story of the less fortunate you tend to perk up alittle bit. This lady was among the millions of others that will struggle to provide a Christmas for their children this year and was discussing how she is going to try to pickup extra shifts at work to provide for the family this winter. It's terrible. It breaks my heart to think any child would wake up on Christmas morning and not have a thing.
This is my new perspective starting today, I am wayyy more fortunate then alot of people. Sad, it takes something like this to remind you.
